Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

Selection of Finalists and Winners
Carpetland USA will review all submissions and select three finalists based on creativity, quality, and the overall transformation showcased.
Finalists will be announced and will advance to a public voting round.
The winner will be determined by the most votes received on social media during the public voting period and announced.

Prizes
The grand prize winner of each category will receive $500 cash or $1,000 toward a new Carpetland USA project.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed within 1 week of notification.

Disqualification
Carpetland USA reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not adhere to the rules, including incomplete submissions, offensive content, or
entries deemed fraudulent.

Privacy and Contact Information
Participants’ contact information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Release of Liability
By entering the contest, participants release Carpetland USA from any liability arising from their participation or the use of their photos.

General Conditions
Carpetland USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these rules.

Employees/family members of Carpetland USA, Graniteland USA, Graniteland FL, and all Chill and Grill locations are ineligible to enter.
